Privacy policy
Bygrowflow ("we", "us") is a creative growth agency based in London, UK. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it. We keep this simple because the website itself collects very little.
What this website collects
- Nothing you type is sent to us by the website. The "Book a call" tool on the homepage builds a message in your browser. It is only sent to us when you copy it and paste it into an Instagram direct message yourself.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records standard technical data for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is kept for a short period and is not used to identify you.
- Fonts and libraries. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. Your browser sends a standard request to those services when the page loads.
Analytics and advertising
We may add privacy-friendly analytics or a Meta (Facebook) Pixel in future to understand how people use the site and to show relevant ads. If we do, non-essential cookies will only be set after you give consent through a cookie banner, and this page will be updated.
Information you send us directly
If you message us on Instagram or by email, we use what you send us (name, business, requirements, budget) to reply, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We keep this for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Message us on Instagram @bygrowflow and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
