How to get more clinic bookings from Instagram.

Seven practical steps to turn followers into consultations, for injectors, skin clinics and beauty practitioners.

Followers are nice. Bookings pay the rent. Most aesthetic clinics have enough attention on Instagram already. What is missing is a clear path from "I like this page" to "I booked a consultation". Here is how to build it.

1. Fix your profile first

People decide in seconds. Your bio should say who you are, what you treat, where you are in London and how to book. Use a clear photo of you, not a logo, and a link that goes straight to booking.

2. Pin your three best posts

Pin one post that introduces you, one that explains your treatments and one that shows how to book. New visitors see these first.

3. Post reels with a clear hook

The first two seconds decide whether anyone watches. Start with the question your clients ask: "Will it look natural?" or "How long does it last?". Then answer it calmly. See our Instagram content ideas for aesthetic clinics.

4. Show your face

Clients book a person, not a clinic logo. Practitioner-led videos almost always build more trust than graphics alone.

5. Make every post end with one action

"DM us CONSULT to book" or "Tap the link in bio to book a consultation". One clear action, every time.

6. Reply to DMs fast

Many enquiries go cold because nobody replies for a day. Use saved replies for common questions and aim to answer within the hour during clinic hours.

7. Add Meta ads once your page looks premium

Ads send new people to your profile. If your page looks inconsistent, they leave. Fix the content first, then use Meta ads for consultations to scale.

Stay compliant

Promote consultations and your expertise rather than prescription-only medicines. Read our guide to Botox advertising rules.
