Running out of things to post is the most common problem we hear from aesthetic practitioners. The answer is not more trends. It is a simple set of content pillars you can repeat every week. Here are the ideas we use with clinics, grouped by goal.

1. Build trust in you

  • Introduce yourself: your background, training and why you started.
  • "How I keep results natural", in your own words.
  • Your safety checklist before any treatment.
  • What happens if a client is not suitable for a treatment.
  • Your clinic hygiene and set-up, filmed calmly.
  • Answering a real question from your DMs.

2. Educate

  • Myth versus fact carousels about fillers or skin treatments.
  • "What to expect at your first consultation".
  • Aftercare in three simple steps.
  • How long treatments typically last, explained honestly.
  • Skincare routines between treatments.
  • How to choose a safe, qualified practitioner.

3. Show the experience

  • A day in the clinic, behind the scenes.
  • Setting up the treatment room in the morning.
  • The consultation process, with a team member as the "client".
  • Your favourite part of the job.
  • New equipment or a refreshed clinic space.

4. Results and stories

  • Filler and skin results, shot in consistent lighting, with consent.
  • Client stories in their own words, shared with permission.
  • "Why we said no to this treatment request", without identifying anyone.
  • Reviews turned into simple, on-brand graphics.

5. Make it easy to book

  • How to book a consultation, step by step.
  • Your opening hours and location, shown in a short reel.
  • Answering "does it hurt?" and other common worries.
  • A pinned post that explains your services.

Keep it compliant

In the UK, botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine and cannot be advertised to the public, including through hashtags and captions. Build anti-wrinkle content around consultations and your expertise. Our guide to Botox advertising rules on social media explains more.

How often should a clinic post?

Consistency beats volume. Three to four good posts a week, with at least two reels, is enough for most clinics. That is why our packages start at 6 videos and many clinics choose 10.
